Shelton Hospital

Invigour worked with South Staffordshire and Shropshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust providing strategic advice in connection with the disposal of the listed former Shelton Hospital in Shrewsbury.

The site contained c250,000 sq ft of Grade II listed hospital buildings set within 15 acres of grounds requiring sensitive and creative re-development. Following a two stage process Shropshire Homes acquired the site for a residential led scheme.
