Appointed as Project Manager by Chance Heritage Trust to bring forward a heritage led regeneration of the former Chance Brothers Glassworks site in Smethwick.

National Lottery Heritage Fund (NLHF) – various commissions

Appointed to NLHF project management consultancy panels to provide mentoring advice to applicants for grant funding and monitor progress on behalf of NLHF.

World Shakespeare Centre Feasibility study

Appointed by the Shakespeare Birthplace Trust to project manage a concept development and feasibility study for a new World Shakespeare Centre at the site of the birthplace in Stratford upon Avon.

National College for High Speed Rail

Project Director working with Birmingham City Council and their delivery agent Acivico to deliver this new start up College to provide the skills required by HS2 to an extremely challenging programme.

Shelton Hospital site disposal

Strategic advice to South Staffordshire & Shropshire NHS Foundation Trust for the disposal of listed former hospital in Shropshire. The buildings (c 250,000 sf ) had become surplus to requirements following construction of a new mental health facility on an adjacent site.
Invigour led the marketing of the development opportunity working with the Trusts appointed planning and legal advisers.
