What is it?

  • Independent client advice ~ tailored to individual situations to give clients access to an experienced and independent ear when they need it.
  • Gateway reviews and health checks ~ to provide assurance to Boards and senior management that projects are in a good state of health and on track to deliver against objectives.
  • Post occupancy reviews ~ to give feedback to clients and their teams on both the final product and the process to promote continuous improvement.
  • Risk assessment ~ facilitation of risk workshops and advice on risk management appropriate to the project.
