Invigour worked with Birmingham Botanical Gardens and key stakeholders Calthorpe Estates and Birmingham City Council to scope up a potential re-development project to transform the Gardens and reinforce its position as a vital part of Birmingham’s offer as a City and key regional asset.

Our role involved working closely with the Board of Trustees to establish sound project governance structures; effective communications with key stakeholders; establishing project delivery and funding strategy; establishing a project budget and timeline; progressing funding applications and design team briefing.
