Appointed as project manager working with Birmingham Botanical Gardens in collaboration with Calthorpe Estates and Birmingham City Council to develop a masterplan for the Gardens and the wider area.

Invigour was appointed as Project Manager to work with Birmingham Botanical Gardens in collaboration with Calthorpe Estates and Birmingham City Council to develop a masterplan for the Gardens and the surrounding area. Invigour worked closely with the Gardens to define a redevelopment scheme aimed at ensuring a sustainable future for the Charity and securing the necessary support and funding.

Key benefits delivered included the development of a proposed scheme supported by a comprehensive options appraisal, providing a strong foundation to secure public sector funding and advance the project.
