Midlands Arts Centre redevelopment

Project creator role for the provision of new/improved facilities.

Invigour took on the role of Project Creator to provide new and improved facilities through a £12 million redevelopment of Arts Centre facilities in the West Midlands. Invigour led the initiative to secure public sector funding from multiple sources, providing leadership for an integrated client and consultant team to develop the business case, project brief, and conduct feasibility and option studies.

Responsibilities included managing the overall programme, coordinating the OJEC procurement process, and overseeing risk and value management. Invigour’s work ensured the development of a deliverable scheme that aligned aspirations and needs with the available funding.
