Invigour was appointed by Calthorpe Estates in a develovpment coordination role to support the redevelopment of a 22-acre site into a 36,500 m2 science and technology park.

This role involved advising on the selection and direction of the master planning team, liaising with the client’s planning consultants, and assisting the client in negotiations with prospective occupiers.

Invigour provided critical support to the client’s Development Director, ensuring the master planning process was effectively managed to accommodate individual occupier enquiries as the project progressed. This approach ensured a cohesive strategy for the site’s redevelopment while enabling flexibility to meet the needs of potential tenants.
