Reset Cultural Heritage Regeneration Assurance Development Support Project Assurance Project Creation

Gunnersbury Park Museum

Invigour were appointed by the London Boroughs of Ealing and Hounslow in the role of museum development consultant for the redevelopment of Gunnersbury Park Museum. The project involved refurbishment of the listed former home of the Rothschild family to create a community museum and corporate hire facilities together with extensive improvements to the Park.

Shelton Hospital site disposal

Strategic advice to South Staffordshire & Shropshire NHS Foundation Trust for the disposal of listed former hospital in Shropshire. The buildings (c 250,000 sf ) had become surplus to requirements following construction of a new mental health facility on an adjacent site.
Invigour led the marketing of the development opportunity working with the Trusts appointed planning and legal advisers.

Appointed in a development co-ordination role by Calthorpe Estates to help bring this 22 acre site forward for redevelopment as a 36,500 m2 science and technology park.

Aston Hall & Park

Project Manager for this multi facetted project involving conservation and restoration works to the main Jacobean House and Stables range; works to the surrounding listed Park and Historic Gardens and the introduction of new sports pitches and pavilion within the grounds of the Park.
